August holiday, tone up, Check my diet?? :-)
Hi, as previously posted in the supplements section i am looking to tone up, loose some bf before i go on holiday in August. i am currently 74kg, 15% b fat & 5ft 8. I have now decided what supps am guna b using. they are.....
I am after some advise on my proposed diet. I am planning to do cardio 3 times a week, 40 minute sessions. Most prob interval training etc. I have never done much cardio and therefore my fitness levels in that department do need some work. if anyone can reccomend a better option than int training am all ears. Anyways here is my diet as planned, Please crtique and guide me if going wrong....
Wake up - Protein Shake. (not whey)
Breakfast - 3 eggs (1 yolk) either oats or cereal. 1 fruit
11 am - Protein shake (not whey). Almonds. 1 fruit
Lunch - Chicken Breast 100g or tuna
or with jacket potato
Pre workout (1 hour before) - Protein shake (not whey). 1 fruit
Post workout - Whey protein shake
Dinner - Fish/ Steak /Chicken breast
Snack - 1 fruit. Final evening Protein shake before bed?
Throughout day drink water. No fruit juice.
What do you think? If completely wrong sugguestions welcome also any links to where i could see a correct diet for my goals.
