Every time I try to upload an avatar its says the file is too large, how do I sort this out?

    download the Microsoft image resizer here:

    http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup****

    once its installed, just right click, press resize and enter the pixel dimensions as stated when you upload, simple!
