Avocado- how much??

I remember reading that bodybuilders should consume 1/2 an avocado everyday as part of their healthy fat intake. (if i remember correctly, it was in an old 'Battle-News' by Paul Borresson).

I did this everyday last week, but then i got thinking about how healthy or not this may be for me.

Can i harm myself by consuming too much healthy fats?

Just to give you more info, i have a fair bit of olive oil and flax oil throughout the day too. i also eat nuts several times per week, and have tuna most days and salmon at least twicw a week.

Would the 1/2 avocado make a difference to my bodybuilding gains?

    no, no difference. Nevertheless, it's nice with a lttle salt and cottage cheese.

    its all about cals in vs cals out

    if it fits in with overall intake in relatin to goals, eat it, there are the benefits of the EFAs of course
