Felt really drained today, the change in weather really doesn’t suit me.

Weighed in at 76kg today

Deadlift double overhand
8 x 40kg
3 x 60,80,100kg
2 x 120kg
2 x 140kg 6 sets

Super set

Strict press

3 x 60kg
1 x 70kg
1 x 75kg 6 sets

Clean and strict press
2 x 40,50kg
2 x 60kg
3 x 65kg 5 sets

Super set

Pull ups

Deadlift
10 x 100kg

Strict press first rep cleaned
10 x 50kg

Pull up

Although I feel a bit ****ty things aren’t going too badly. Still not strapped up with dead’s and not maxed out with the strict or push press yet.

5k run yesterday and 2k hill sprints this morning. Felt a bit tired in the gym tonight.

Push press
10 x bar
5 x 30,40,50,60kg
2 x 70kg
2 x 80kg
2 x 90kg 2 sets (fairly easy)
10 x 60kg

Incline bench press
10 x bar
10 x 30kg
5 x 40,50,60,70kg

Super set

T bar row
10 x 20,30,40kg
5 x 50kg, 3 sets

Finished off with ab roll outs, tricep push downs and curls

body weight strict press is so impressive.

Are you doing DOH deads for a particular reason or just for grip strength?

Just grip really at the moment mate. If I start using straps I will be silly loading the bar up trying to pull what I used to and I just haven’t got the power at the moment to hit 220kg.

6k run yesterday...

This afternoons little session (like a fa£king sauna in there today)

Push press
10 x bar
5 x 30,40,50,60kg
3 x 70,80kg
2 x 90kg 4 sets

Pull downs, push downs, curls and ab roll outs to finish. Way to hot in there today for me. Push press moving on nicely at the moment.

I’ve been mega busy at work and home so I have only just got chance to update. Last Friday I hit 5 x 70kg strict press and 5 x 140kg double overhand deadlift.

Yesterday’s session weighing 76.2kg

Strict press
5 x 30,40,50,60kg
1 x 70kg
1 x 75kg
1 x 80kg few kg in the tank to be fair!

Super set

Double overhand deadlift
5 x 40,60,80,100,120kg
1 x 140kg
1 x 150kg grip felt decent

Strict press 50kg
10,8,6,4,2

Super set

Pull up palms facing
10,8,6,4,2

I felt dizzy really after these, I was blowing out of my ar$e lol.
