RE: BB curls vs Pulley curls
Same question really as Balin above re. bench work. I too have access to a Smith machine and dumb-bells but no spotter and no barbells. Problem is the d/bells only go up to 35kg which I can already lift for reps. I also do dips with weights but would the Smith machine be of any use due to the fact that I can add a lot more weight to my lifts (albeit 'assisted' by the smith machine)?
