BBQ chicken

I've been making this before bodybuilding, made it again today and it reminded me to put it up.

Simple as usual!

Chicken breasts
Tomato sauce
BBQ Sauce
Cheese

Get a big bowl squeeze alot of tomato sauce in, and about 1/2 BBQ sauce (to the size of the tomato sauce you added).

Put them in a lunchbox let them marinade over night, take them out should still be a thick sauce, put them in the oven until cooked.

When cooked, grate some cheese over the top and put under the grill.

Tastes better than it sounds too.

Honey makes the sauce kind of sticky and thick like spare ribs... if you like that.

I like blasting the chicken (without cheese on top) under the grill until it ''caramelizes'' or turns black, if gives a better taste in my opinion.

I've found safeways makes a nice mature cheese with chives in that goes down even better.

One of the best protein meals, in my opinion.
