I was really looking forward to this session but by the time I got there I was barely awake.  The top set weight moved fast and convincingly but it just felt like a struggle.  Possibly the effects of the night shift.  I've ordered my Tren this morning ready to start that up next week.  No weight training today.  I feel like I need a rest so I'll just be going for a pleasant walk instead.

Squat trepidation is a horrible thing. Something I don't have to worry about now unfortunately lol.

Sound like you are on the backburner a little bit mate. Get some sleep as you know that's when the magic happens!

I haven't had time to update this hence the few days in one.  Overall the diet is ok.  My only issue is the fact that my appetite seems to have dropped off so I'm struggling to eat enough.  I'm not eating crap though so that's a half victory.  Let myself down with a few drinks last night.  Definitely no where near as many as I would normally had but I could still have done without really.  I'm not going to beat myself up about it though.  Will crack on with some overhead press training today.

Fairly decent session.  Top set was an equal rep PB.  I did try for the seventh but I'd ran out of steam.  I'm definitely looking fuller now so the Halo is kicking in well.  Looking forward to adding the Tren next week.

So this catches the log up.  Started the Tren on Monday.  After two weeks of Halo I was looking nice and full.  Shoulders and traps looking bigger and more vascular.  Diet has been reasonable still with calories being too low on occasion but no over eating.  Todays training was nice and strong.  It was supposed to be squat but I don't feel I'd fuelled myself properly for it.  I shall make sure to eat well tomorrow pre squat session.  I'm looking forward to the next four weeks.  Side wise so far there hasn't been any.  Hopefully this continues.

Really pleased with this session today.  Another one that I was worrying about but got under the bar and got it done.  This is all wrapless work too so hopefully that 250kg will be there when I put the wraps on at the end of this.  Celebrated with a big fat steak.

I woke up this morning and felt like I'd been beaten with planks.  Both shoulders totally screwed which annoyed me as I was really looking forward to pressing today.  I decided just to go and do it anyway.  I got through it but I'm not sure there'll be a pressing PB this cycle even though I'll give it a go anyway.

Also this morning there's a little sensitivity in the right nipple.  I've got some Caber coming though so I'm not too concerned.  Hopefully that should sort it out.

I feel like I'm starting to look leaner but I can see I won't be as lean as I'd have liked by the end I don't think.  I shall give it my best though and see what comes of it.

Nipples going? On just halo? Did you have anything like this in previous halo runs mate?

Nice push pressing bud! Watch those shoulders though.

I've added Trenavar after week two which I plan to run for 4 weeks.  I knew Prolactin sides could be an issue which is why I sorted the Caber.

This was the easy, second session for squat and bench so in theory it should feel easy.  That said it rarely does.  Today however it felt fantastic, especially the squats.  It made me a little bit excited for the max attempt.

The nipple sensitivity didn't last long at all and I haven't even used the caber yet.  I'm thinking maybe I just bashed myself without realising.  Looking very full in the shoulders now and I can see I'm getting tighter round the mid section.  With a decent bit of lighting and a pump I might look like I've made some progress

Great lifts here mate as usual.

As I'm following a similar plan to you I'm totally understanding your sets/reps and the difference between your light/heavy days. The lighter squat day @ 6x2 is a joy to do after the previous heavy session!

Cheers mate.  As you know I swear by that training template.  For some reason though I sometimes find the "easy" days harder than the hard ones!!

Deadlift

I really enjoyed that session and the top weight moved really well.  I'm feeling pretty good today and really positive about this cycle.  So far there has been zero sides which pleases me greatly so I'm hoping that continues.  With a bit of luck the strength will carry on climbing and we'll see some new PB's at the end.  Loving it.

Cheers matey, could probably add a little more weight to them but went for slower, controlled reps instead.

Day 24

BMX for two hours.  Rolled my ankle slightly but it's not too bad.  Just a little stiff until I get moving on it.

Day 25

10 x 60kg
10 x 70kg
10 x 80kg
8 x 90kg
5 x 100kg
3 x 110kg
3 x 120kg
2 x 3 - 130kg

Incline Bench
2 x 8 - 80kg

Pulls Ups
3 x 12

Tricep Rope Pull Downs
3 x 10 - 30kg

DB Hammers
3 x 10 - 14kg

Weighted Side Bends
3 x 20 - 25kg

Incline Walk - 10 minutes - 6kph

Good session today.  The top set of the bench moved nicely without any need for a hand off or spotter.  There's no pain what so ever from my shoulders which was fantastic.  I've just been cracking on with the stretches and being mindful of how I fall asleep on them.  I feel like there could be a bench PB coming after all now.

Go for the PB mate great journal again

Don't you worry.....I'll definitely be going for it regardless!!

Day 26

Squat
2 x 5 - 60kg
5 x 100kg
5 x 140kg
3 x 140kg
3 x 180kg
3 x 3 - 205kg

Calf Raises
3 x 20 - 80kg

Yesterday evening I started getting pain on the outside of my right knee which was harsh enough to make me limp.  Woke up this morning and it was still there so I wasn't certain I was going to manage the squats today.  Being the trooper that I am I still went to the gym to give it a go anyway.  I absolutely smashed them!!  Through the warm up sets it wasn't giving me any trouble so I just kept going.  I got a spot for the first top set but it was so easy I didn't even bother for the last two.  I was totally buzzing and I'm really looking forward to this max attempt now.  All this work has been wrapless so when I add the wraps on the day fingers crossed I'll get the 250kg.

The assitance work was short as a precaution.  The calf raises were fine but I went for some leg curls.  On the very first rep the knee pain was sharp so stopped straight away.  I did some decent hamstring stretching after and the pain has gone completely now so I'm hoping tight hamstrings may have been the culprit.  Probably rest tomorrow and overhead press on Sunday.

Day 29

3 Hours of BMX

I've let myself down over the weekend with diet and alcohol.  Very disappointed but it's done so time to move on.  The pressing work was harder than I'd wanted it to be but then I was feeling a little rough from the night before.  I should still be happy to get the double at 115kg on the second attempt.

Todays BMX riding has totally smashed me.  Aches and pains all over.  I was intending to go and do easy squat and bench day but I'm gonna save that for tomorrow now.  I definitely feel that I need to recover.

Dead Bugs / Cross over mountain climbers
3 x 20 / 3 x 40

Incline Walk - 10 minutes - 6kph

Easy squat and bench work today.  I've got quite a heavy deadlift session tomorrow which I'm bizarrely looking forward too.  Hoping to pull a relatively comfortable double at 240kg.

Little update on the cycle regards sides........there are none.  I would expect a minimum of sore nipples and low libido by now but I'm cruising along without drama.  If it's down to the Inhibit P then I truly am impressed and will be including it in all future cycles.

First video of the thread because I was quite pleased with how the 240kg double moved.  I've not doubled that before so a kind of PB in itself.  I need to decide what I want to go for next week now.  It's either 252.5kg or 255kg.  Either will be a PB.  How greedy do I want to be is the question.
