Not had chance to update the last few days so here's a little catch up of highlight.
 
Working set squats 2 x 2 - 215kg.  Felt good enough.  Will be maxing in the next week
 
Working set Bench 2 x 3 - 137.5kg.  These could have been better but the spotter pretty much launched the bar at me instead of passing it off.  Not convinced I've got a PB coming here.
 
Overhead press - failed 122.5kg so went for max rep PB with 100kg and got 6.  This is only a joint PB.  A bit disappointing to be fair.  Might have another crack at it next week.

Things haven't been the best the past week.  I've been ill which has sucked.  I've been nauseous and tired.  Sleeping lots and feeling pretty down.  I stupidly attempted the Deadlift max last Tuesday and failed miserably.  Since then I went to the gym on Friday for easy squat and bench and the PT who never talks to me stopped to say that I looked awful.  I also felt it.  Carried on with the cycle though and decided to extend an extra week as the cycle sides are none existent. 
 
Eating has been crap due to being sick but today I made it to the gym for Bench and actually felt OK.  Worked up to a PB attempt of 152.5kg but just missed it.  I needed just the lightest of finger touches in the sticking point.  I've watched the video back and I'm going to have another crack at it next week.  It was a combination of mental doubt and poor technique.  
 
Tomorrow I shall look at a Squat max.  I'm only going to do it if I feel up to it and I may also have another crack at the deadlift at some point.

Felt a bit better today. Still not 100% but getting there.

Really enjoyed my squat session. I went in with no plan and just went with the flow.

Squat
2 x 5 - 60kg
5 x 100kg
5 x 140kg
3 x 140kg
2 x 180kg
1 x 200kg
Wraps on
1 x 220kg
1 x 240kg
1 x 250kg

Now I’ll be the first to admit the 250kg was fractionally high. I don’t think it would have passed in competition. At first I was annoyed with myself but having watched it back a few times I’m now seeing the positives. The form and particularly the pace were very good. It felt like a great lift and I’ve no doubt if I went again I’d bury it and possibly add another 5kg. So guess what I’ll be trying next Monday.

So yesterday was the final day of the cycle and today the beginning of PCT.  The cycle length was 7 weeks in the end.
 
I've enjoyed the cycle overall but I probably fell short of my own expectations.  Getting ill the past two weeks definitely effected progress.  My shoulder injury has completely put my off overhead pressing until I can get on top of the pain now.  I went for a rep PB with 100kg on Friday and although the actual weight at 5 felt easy, the pain just wasn't worth it.  Since then I've had limited mobility which is just started to ease.
 
So end bodyweight was 88.3kg which was an increase of 1.5kg.  Whilst that's not exactly setting the gains world on fire I am noticeably bigger.  To the point that I get random strangers commenting and even touching me.  I must obviously present as an approachable person.  I find this extremely strange as I'm definitely not stand out big so I don't understand why they pick on me.
 
Strength gains were frustrating.  My shoulder issue was obvious when it came to my overhead press max attempt. 
 
I got ill just before the Deadlift max and walked into the gym feeling like a bag of turd.  As a result 255kg might as well of been 500kg which was annoying as the week before I pulled the 240kg double with good speed and confidence. 
 
By the the time it came to my Bench max I'd written it off due to shoulder pain and being ill but on the day things were going surprisingly well so I tried 152.5kg.  It was so close I'm almost positive I would have gotten it if my mind was more positive.  It only needed the lightest finger touch from the spotter at the sticking point and my technique and line were crap.  I'm still tempted to try that one again maybe Wednesday.
 
The Squat max surprised me massively.  I was expecting to fail it miserably but the speed was really good.  I think there was more in it if I'm honest.  I was going to go and do it again today but I'm still feeling ill so I think I'm going to just go do some light work and have a sauna.
 
I was expecting some sides from this cycle and I'm amazed that I didn't get any.  I think the Inhibit P was well worth adding and it's kept the usual nipple sensitivity and low libido issues away that I would normally suffer from.  
 
So moving forward through the PCT I'm trying to decide whether I should back off the heavy training and recover for a bit or get straight into another Squat, Deadlift and Bench build up.  I'm knocking the overhead press on the head until I can move my arm without pain.
 
I think I would definitely consider this cycle again.  It added size and the Tren definitely made the muscle look harder and more vascular as you would expect.  I think ideally it would suit the end of a cut when you're already around 10% or less and looking to finish with a bang.

Shame that the illness turned up just as you were coming up to the peak of your cycle, sods law mate.
 
Awesome strength all-round though still. I'm guessing based on your current BW you were still only around the 90kg mark when you did that deadlift double, and you look jacked there so I can see why people are commenting. Touching is a bit weird though lol.

I was about 88kg on that deadlift.  It's usually drunk people that do that and I think it's the veins that people are more interested in.  There's loads of much bigger guys than me.  
 
I'm using 20mg Nolva, 30mg of MK and 10mg of Ostarine daily for this PCT.  Still bloody ill but I think it's starting to leave now.  Benched today.  Started the build up again but set the numbers higher.  I'm intending to push hard to keep or increase strength.  I'm prepared to accept failing at some point and when that happens I'll just start again.

Just catching up. Solid work mate even with the issues.

Do you think the tren did much for the size gains you mentioned or was that more the halo.

Also was the halo from BC? It seems they’ve stopped selling it now?

Alright matey, I was gonna do a little PCT update today......
 
Yes it was Halo from BC.  Good solid product that I've used and had great results with in the past.  The addition of Tren definitely improved hardness and vascularity but I was expecting more strength from it.  That said I was running it fairly low in comparison to many other users.  I just didn't want to deal with horrendous sides.  As I mentioned above I would only recommend the addition of Tren for cutting when you're already low bodyfat.  It would really bring in the best results at that stage.
 
So onto PCT progress.  I think I'm coming up to the end of the second week now and since the addition of the MK, as expected, my appetite has sky rocketed.  So much so that I haven't really been able to control myself.  In the past two weeks I've actually put on 2kg.  Obviously this isn't going to be muscle but I've filled out and do look noticeably bigger once again.  Due to the increased calories the training is going well and I'm lifting heavy and feeling good with it.  I've started my squat cycle with the base weight at 180kg which was really scaring me before I started.  I did 6 x 4 with that today and I've no doubt 6 x 6 will be achieved. 
 
At this point I really want to say how awesome I think MK is.  For me it's a supplement (if you can call it that) that actually does what it says it will and you can physically notice the difference.  I think so many people would be better off leaving the PED's out until they've got training and diet sorted and just use this stuff.
 
In other news the libido has took a nose dive so I have started Caber in the last week.  I'm hoping that this will get things up and running again.  Other than this issue I actually feel pretty damn good.  Still a bit bunged up but a lot better than I have been the past few weeks.

BC have Halo again but its packaged differently, looks to be a different supplier.
