BCAA Tablets or Powder?

Im wanting to start using BCAA pre and post workout. just wondering which people would recommend as in tablets or powder form? also wot is a good quality but resonable priced? think i just would prefer to take some decents tablets?

    TBH they are not required but it will be cheaper in powder form although less easy on the taste buds

    what do you want them to do exactly mate?

    BCAAs are that, leucine, isoleucine and valine

    some studies show the former helps potentially in larger doeses alongside whey but at the end of the day you are better spending money on whey and your diet

    heard good things about them. thought they would help with bulking up? but if you dont think so i will take your advice and not get any? just thought i would ask before just to see on people thoughts before i go spending money? but thank you for your help.

    BCAAs are not going to help TBH as it seems you have not appreciated the basics of nutrition

    BCAAs and bulking is like squirting a 10ml syringe of petrol into your porsche and expecting it to run on that alone

    no, no, no

    whole diet

    AAs are found on mass in all the foods you should be eating

    the powder tastes nasty....and is almost impossible to dissolve
