Re:BCAA's is it a given that they are beneficial?!
I use -
20G Hydro Whey pre training (preworkout supp) (30mins before)
12G BCAA / 30G carbs (5mins before)
20G BCAA / 20G Sugars during training
12G BCAA / 7G Leucine / Hydro whey / carbs PWO
For most 10G BCAA before / during and after I would suggest mate.
