BCAA's is it a given that they are beneficial?!

As title really...

Are they definitely going to make a difference as they are quite expensive and I'd hate to waste money on a gimmick!

Are these best taken pre, intra or post workout?!

Cheers!

    Cheers Mick.

Well at the moment after coming back from gyno surgery and being out for a while I'm cutting a few lb's BF for a few weeks, then a bit of a recomp/lean mass gain for summer. Assisted, of course!

What would you suggest mate? I really like the look of the BBW stuff! Looks incredible value!

    I use -

20G Hydro Whey pre training (preworkout supp) (30mins before)
    12G BCAA / 30G carbs (5mins before)
    20G BCAA / 20G Sugars during training
    12G BCAA / 7G Leucine / Hydro whey / carbs PWO
For most 10G BCAA before / during and after I would suggest mate.

    Hope that's of some help.

What do people mean by 'recover better'?

As in less DOMS for less period of time? Does this actually have any affect on anything?

I read that DOMS were completely unrelated to diet?

before during and after, and the harder you train the more likely they will be of benefit, and that you will notice!
