BED TIME FOOD

is there anything anyone can suggest to have before i go to bed? i know that while your asleep is the longest you go with out food. so is there anything i can eat that will keep me going until i wake up

    best you can do is casein-based meal - cottage cheese or quark are good choices.

    if you wake in the night you could knock back a protein shake too.

    well ... they're just different. both are very low fat soft cheese derivatives. try both and see which you like.
