BF %?

Have seen this guy fight a few times (k-1). He's 6"7 and 342lbs. Any estimates for bf level?
Cheers,
Windy

He's great to watch and is something of a cult figure in Japan. Seems to tire quite quickly though. He's impressive in the ring.

    Him at 355 lbs supposedly

He may have a big gut but remember he does have massive abs and a very large frame.

So I'd say no more than 20%. Probably closer to 15%.

If thats him at about 12% at 345lbs, hes now almost 100lbs heavier, so hes certainly over 20% and absolutely nowhere near 15%..

If he cut then definitely - hes got a lot of muscle.

I wouldn't like to run into him down a dark alleyway

no way can he be 15% or even under 20%.

with bf between 15%-20% i would have thought you would be able to see alot more definition than whats being shown. i would suggest something between 21%-25%.

    Regards,

He competes in K-1 for sure, possibly pride also.

About his bf%, on the pic I posted, his muscles are defined, and his abs are just visible, so IMO no more than 20%, prob 15% ish.

That post makes no sense mate.

You're not saying that Bob Sapp now weights 445lbs are you? As that's clearly not true.

That's rather rude and uncalled for. He's not a rapist or something. He's just a fighter.

This is some info on Bob Sapp for anyone interested.

    Id ut him at 17%BF

Fujita beat bob sapp and remy bonjasky was about to beat him aswell till he foul punched.
Ernest Hoost is a good fighter but sapp makes him look small even though hoost is of a fair size.

Dont like sapp either hes just brute strength and he fouls a bit aswell. In tysons prime I think tyson would have a good chance of winning as long as the ring was of a fair size but genrally how thye both use brute strength the stronger would win which is sapp. But tyson did use to have speed.

What I am sure of his that Muhammed ali would have certainly beat sapp
