Don't wanna be 'biggin you up' here mate but that home made protein bar recipe is AWSOME!!!!
Made mine with vanilla whey and added extra mixed nuts and sultanas. I have one after training im not sure if this is the best plan i just thought with it having the carbs and the protein it would be ideal. I feel like im cheating the diet. I just wondered though, 20g of fat seems like alot, i understand that it is useful fat but can someone tell me what the "GOOD" fats do?
