BIGGER!!
Hi guys..thought i would post up my progress on here,ive been training since january on and off,but not really taken my diet real serious..so as of june 1st im doing it properly...
Im training a split 4,with cardio on my days off.30 mins..my start weight is 220lbs,with 26% body fat..yeh i know..i am going for bulk now and will cut up next year..
im doing mainly compound exercises on weights days.lots of squats,deadlifts,benching.
this is my diet..im 6'4 and though im 26% bf ive not got that big a gutt.
7.30am-whey in water.
8.15-4xweetabix-half pint semi milk-raisons.3 egss whole.oj
10am-banana-
10.30 train
11.30-whey in water with glucose.
12pm-150g pasta-200g chicken fillet-sauce.50g peanuts.
3pm- mrp-vo2-whey.70g carbs,36g pro.
6pm,2x jacket potatoes,tuna mayo,8 oz steak,mixed veg.
tin rice pudding.apple.
9pm- 4x eggs(only 2 yokes)in pitta bread..banana.
10.30- whey,cottage cheese,half pint semi milk.
usually change brekkie with beans on toast,porrige.etc.and drink about 10 pints water a day.
ive worked it out to roughly...
4200 cals
585 carbs
95.8 fat
299 protein.
im abit concerned about the fat being so high..what do u guys think?
i'll keep you informed on my progress.
