The carbs are very high. People usually consume a higher ration of protein to carbs when cutting.

It looks fairly sound. The only problem I can see is that you maybe consuming a few too many egg yolks. There bad fats and contain colestrol, although there is no recommend allaowance, it might be a good idea to cut some of those egg yolks and replce them for olive oil, peanut butter, olive oil spread etc

Post it in the diet forum as well, you should get some good feedback there.

keep ur diet the same, don't worry about the drop in weight there's no way you'll continue loosing weight on an intake of 4000+ kcals/day (unless you have worms ) don't change anything

Don't worry about the egg yolks when trying to cut fat calories - yes they're a good start. Your not and the 'bad' fats contained in yolks are emulsified by enzymes in the eggs themselves - Your diet seems fine to me.

Seems good to me although I'd pop in some gentle cardio for the old ticker - 26%bf with every chance of it increasing need some precautionary measures in my opinion,

    Good luck with it,
