BOOBS!!!

hey yall.... ok..iv started a BIG obsession over my boobs..loll ok it sounds weird but i find they dont hold themselves UP!!! im only 19 and i dont wanna end up having my boobs go all the way to my belly-button at 30..Is doing some workout on my pectorals would work?? an is there a simple exercise i could do easily that i could squeeze in my busy routine??something easy that works... anyways thanks!!

    Oooh the very best "boob holding" exercise I know is PULL OVERS!
    Gives a grrreat stretch and work the triceps as well.

    having an obsession with boobs is perfectly normal if you ask me!!
    seriously, you probibly want to strengthen the muscle above your breasts, ie the upper portion of the pectoral. dont know what routine you are following at the minute, but i would suggest changing from flat bench presses and flyers, to an incline bench. also if you have large breasts and are carrying a little extra body fat, a reduced calorie diet and a bit of cardio to lower your BF% could be part of the answer. ok, you will reduce your cup size, but in my book quality comes WAY above quantity...

    yeah i know ,and your totally right!! but anyways... i find them i bit TOO MUCH...so one cup size down wont do any harm...right now im really a beginner so all i pretty much do is cardio 3 times a week..helps,of course,im loosing weight too,but really,my boobs is whats really bothering me.Philia told me to do some pull overs for some time...Is it good to work out the upper portion of my pectorals?? and i dont really know what the names of the exercises is actually..i cant say i truelly know what pull overs are...any good site i could to help?? any other suggestions of exercises would also be good...
