Boobs or no boobs, pullovers would probably go in my Top 10 List of Godawfully Pointless Exercises. Shun them like you should the sm*th machine...

If you are trying to build up the pecs then dips are a good base builder. If you cannot manage them or do not have a weight assisted machine then try basic bench pressing!

chicks, incline benches and incline flies.
pull overs are a very worth while excercise, but not for what you want them for. i recomend sets of pullovers in between your squat sets they help 'open you up', get the air back in after a heavy set of squats, enabling you to lift more poundage while squatting, which equates to a larger, more muscular body..
this has nothing to do with your question chicks, but i am just explaining their use to scourge of god..
    good luck

Err... Or you could put your hands on your head and take deep breaths? Also, that isn't a reason to use them qua an exercise, just a peculiar way they can be used in conjunction with a good exercise (squats).

you could, but in my oppinion and experience, they are a great complimentary excercise for squats.. i see you are in to the 'old school' training. thought you might even have used them.
i love those over head squats that you mentioned in your link. they are fantastic...
    good luck

    LOL
sorry that was just too funny for me.
u want to work ur pecs so that ur breasts wont go low when ur older correct?
work with exercises that target the upper region of ur pecs, like inclined bench etc. also work on the sides, like flies. if anything, try inclined flies:\

I also think pullovers are a waster of time as too hard to target correct muscles. But genetic disaster is right - inclines, inclines, inclindes. They really work to build up the muscle padding out your boobs and making them look bigger!

The problem with the old school lifts is that some of them are great exercises which happened to have been invented quite early on in the history of the iron game and some of them aren't so great, either because they've been replaced by more effective lifts or because the science on which they were based back then has now shown to have been flawed. Obviously, there is an element of subjectivity to this (some people would put the bent press in the second category, but I use it in my current routine) but I would say that pullovers are one of the latter.

Yeah... OH squats rock. They are damn difficult though.

    Anyway - Back on topic.
