Just seen the message board actually. People dont seem too happy with the way it was done.

What were the weights BTE for the dead lifts & log presses?

How is your training? You planning to enter any Novice Shows?

Im still debating between North-East & Dover. I dont really fancy driving for 6-8 hours on Saturday morning b4 show; my legs will be gone b4 I even get there. I have the night b4 option, but my mate is not prepared to stay overnite since he cant leave is wife & kids alone at home (its a rough area where he lives).

Possible soln is that we both enter North-East & the I do Dover by myself & maybe even cross border to France for the weekend with another freind.

    Super Si

I have my dead lifts, Squats & bench to what I wanted it to be b4 the Novice show. Now all I have to do is get the overhead press from 90kg x 1 (strict rep) to 90kg x 4 (strict reps). Next week I am gonna go light on everything else & do 3 x overhead press sessions to catch up.

I have Bobs no. I need to give him a ring for the application forms. I think I will do the North-East since after 2nites squat session I should get to my targets by next week, giving me plenty of time to develop fitness.
