BULKING: THE RIGHT WEIGHT GAIN POWDER !!!?

I currently use York Weight Gainer. I have been told that this is bad quality i.e high in simple carbs (sugar) and low in protein.

Can anyone suggest good top quality products please ? THERE ARE SO MANY ON THE MARKET !!?

Thanks guyz !

    ANY gainer but that one!!

    Try looking at ...

    Nutrisport
    Boditronics
    Reflex

    Not necessarily in that order.
Anything would be an improvement from York - Enjoy!

There are plenty of posts on MT about weight gainers, the majority of members here will go for a good quality protein with plenty of food. carbs are easy to come by in junk food, most weight gainers are mainly carbs.

I often feel chocolate bars and sweets are healthier option than most gainers, when you consider the amount of fat and carbs in most gainers.

i feel the best branded product on the market today is PVL mutant mass, otherwise, make your own from bulk suppliers.

Hey yeah, making your own works perfectly... Why not blend up some oats or malto (or both) in your usual protein shake?

CHEAP Tesco oats (for example) and your usual protein powder - Job done!!

You can also keep your costs down by purchasing protein from bulk websites rather than the branded stuff that gets the eye candy treatment.

As Growbaby says, combine this with oats and you're off and running.

If your clever enough you can actually hook yourself up with the branded supps for the same price or better than the un branded.

I would go for boditronics mass attack, good blend of proteins and carbs and the taste is un beatable.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.
