Baby Steps Routine
What do you reckon of the following routine I have just thrown together off the top of my.
Its to be done on Mon/Wed/Fri and I am coming back from a long lay off due to injury and laziness. Just basically looking to awaken the body more than anything.
Points to add are I am not 100% sure about the shoulder yet so cant do real pressing yet and will be doing them indoors for a few weeks. Abs -
Crunches 1 Set x 30 Reps Leg Raises 1 Set x 20 Reps Chest -
Table Press Ups 2 x 20 Regular Press Ups 2x 15 Back -
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 3 x 15 Deadlift 2 x 15 Legs -
Dumbbell Deep Squats 3 x 20 Stiff Legged Deads 2 x 15 Shoulders
- Theraband One Arm Lateral Raises Biceps -
Barbell curl 2 x 12 Hammer Curl 1 x 15 Triceps -
Lying Triceps Extensions 2 x 12 Dips 1 x 15
