Back Acne

I was hoping that this would clear up when I finished my cycle but it is still going strong 6 weeks after my last jab.

I haven't really suffered with it on past cycles but on this most recent cycle I upped the dose of Sust from 500mg p/week to 250mg eod.

I can accept that I will get acne on cycle, I am obviously prone to it but it has been a while now and they're not dying down. I also am getting some on my face, not many but constant.

I am going to start going on the sunbed to see if that helps but I was also wondering if it would be worth seeing my GP and trying to get something prescribed??

Any advice welcomed.

Cheers

If its bad enough go see you doc, he will refer you to a dermatologist and you could ask him for Accutane, however its a pretty harsh med, make sure you know what your taking before you go for it.

Also, Sunbeds always helped me, drys my skin out really well and covers up acne scars.

Accutane if your lucky, but try the sunbeds first.

Normal dose for accutane can vary from 3-6 months depending on condition i think. I was on it for approx 5 months although i had severe acne. That was approx 3 years ago. Very rarely get any spots now tho i've just started cycling again after 3 years off and some minor spots appearing at present.

try sunbeds first and accutane as a last resort as it's a very harsh drug.

Suffered from the same thing mate, tried everything: sunbeds, vit b-5, washing with nizoral and antibiotics from the Dr.
Took about 6 months for mine to finally clear up and i was using all of the above. Try em and see what happens, but tbh the only thing that is guaranteed to work is accutane.

Mate I have suffered bad back acne. Its cleared up ALOT over the last 3 months. High dose fish oil, lots of water, sunbeds and back scrubbing daily has helped me out. I find the most benefit when it comes to my skin with the fish oils.
