Back After 3 Month Gap

Hi Guys
 
Good to be back on again, not worked out for 3 months and not happy with how my body has gone and my dropped level of fitness :(
 
had work commitments and stuff over the last 3 months, which before then as some of you might remember i was doing well with working out 3 times a week and the lifting and working out what supplements was best.
 
anyway the last month or so ive done nothing! with what was my training and ive put on weight! im now 13stone 13 where before i was like 11 and half stone, yes i put on some muscle but this now is fat round my stomach and im sure my pecs have dropped its like i feel these zones moving, also i have a double chin, but that was from when training whether it was the protein or malto im not sure.
 
a brief about my diet well i use to not eat alot but now its gone out of control alot of different junk food nearly every friday takeaway and i like cider and vodka so thats every fri and sat, in the day its like i eat nothing but evening i stuff myself! and sometimes eat late at night.
 
the other week i tried to get back into my ab routines which is atleast once a week with about 20 ab exercises well it killed me and my stomach the next day hurt to move, but months ago i was doing those exercises 3 times a week no problems at all and not feeling hurt the next day.
 
anyway if anyones still with me thanks for reading, hope you can help and im going to try and sort my diet out, do some jogging or running? thinking of using phd synergy to help with muscle and repair and then i can carry on with my ab exercies and lifting when i can get some weights for this location.

    I Think my plan is
     
    *to cut down my meal size!
    *cut down alcohol too once a fortnight instead of every fri/sat!
    *start low on working out and build that back again
    *I need to jog or run few times a week its just building that motivation to go out and do it!
    *get lifting again as it makes me feel so good and i think it helps my posture
     
    any help would be appreciated.
