Back & Bi's - Chest & Tri's
I currently train my bi's with back and tri's with chest.
Does anybody else do this split? Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the pro's and con's of training like that????

I train like that. Push/Pull/Legs split. All different pro and cons, some people will be quick to say its not the best option. But if it works for you, then do it. Works well for me too. Just have to adjust the volume to suit, and accept the fact that you wont be able to lift as much weight. Which is fine, as progression promotes growth, not 'x' amount of weight.
