Back Thickness...

Hey,

I've had some great gains with my back thickness but I feel that my width is personally lacking.

Does anyone have any good tips for this?

    Could be down to genetics. If it is getting thicker you are probably eating and training right - you might simply be designed not to V out?

    Yeah I was thinking that. My back's not that bad with regards to width but i'd prefer it to be better so was just wondering if anyone had any tips/similar things.

    Do alot of chins, don't only do positive, do also negative chins.

    and one more tip. if you do alot of abs/ waist exercise, you get a smooth waist and in that way your upperbody generelly seems more widther.
