Back from Oz

Just wanted to say hi all as we're back from Oz and I need to get back into serious training so first stop was the site! Did train a bit during the months trip but it's never the same as when you're at home in a proper routine is it and back at work today so first week of serious commitment to gym and diet. Any "getting back to it" tips appreciated, especially as to how to motivate myself on the fitness side, couldn't manage a straight 30 mins on the treadmill last week, hope it's phychological!!!

    I couldnt manage a straight 30 mins on the treadmill NOW! lol

    if its the treadmill cardio you're struggling with do a different form like cycling or cross trainer or something outside.

    Other than that, just get back in tha habit girl!

    my best motivation yet is looking in the mirror at my worst body part (abs) taking a mental picture of it, and then looking at my face and telling myself, damn, i gotta do something about this flab.

    and then the cardio and or work is a cinch, and everytime i think i am tired, i just bring up my mental picture.
