Not the only one, i start back in mine tomorrow. Couldn't cope any longer with Virgin Active. I've actually decided to commute to Uni (only there twice a week) from home so I can train in my old gym instead.

tell me about it mate i was in body power off vauxhall road felt like giving up,
so many fake people and the place is dirty and falling down like the machines,
and weights but now im in a clean and up to date gym with machines that work,
and free weights where you need them

how weird .. i've trained at Bodypower for more than 5 years and never met any fake people, wannabe meatheads and Darren has spent a lot of money on new kit and the place has churned out some top class competitors in recent years .. hmmm I smell sour grapes of some description on your part mate

Is bodypower that 'spit and sawdust' one, with the winding ropey metal staircase?  If so i went there BECAUSE people here said it was a 'proper' gym?  I say went, i stuck my head in and had a look around and a chat but it was just too far out of the way to train there but looked sh1t hot?  Unless ive got the wrong one, cant remember what it was called but it was definately off vauxhall road?

The most important thing about goals is having one.
