Back in the game.

hi guys i'm 25 and was really into lifting in my late teens mainly as a release of that teenage rage! i played loads of rugby and did martial arts and stuff till about 22 then i got injured and turned into a beer and pizza monster.

basically i have weak shoulder and neck due to injuries, i'm looking to get back into training with the majority of work on my upperbody, i'm blessed/cursed with short (29"inside leg) stocky/chubby legs. but i have a really weak upperbody.

i'm more interested in losing fat weight building muscles as i hit the terrible mark of 22st. at 6' tall.

any suggestions

Lookat the diet then introducing some cardio / weights session mate, also notice you state focusing on the upper body, why is that?

    Don't neglect those legs!!
