Back into training need new fresh routine

Hi guys im finaly going to get back in the gym next week after a 5 month break due to a new family and working away!

I was about 75-76KG now im a lowly 70KG.

I like to train 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) about 40 mins each session doing a different body part.

Can anyone suggest a routine, I dont want to do my old one as I feel I wont be up to it after such a break.

Any help I would be WELL greatfull.

Cheers

Scott

    hi
I am in the exact same position with scott8629 except I havent done any workout for 9 months..I started going to gym a few weeks ago but I am only playing with the weights and machines for the moment..I am also 70 kg and was 76-77 when I stopped working out..Can anyone please recommend a 3 DAY SPLIT ? I am trying to gain weight and strength as you can guess..
All replies will be deeply appreciated.
    Thanks

Have a look at frankys 3 day split m8 although some might say that its a little too demanding after a long break. U will also have had to have been training for a while previously so that ur bodys used to it.

Have a look at the sticky 'need a routine' again it depends on your training experience if your a beginner then try the 3 day split for beginners and work your way towards something like frankies 3-day split over the next few months.
