Back

I seem to never really burn on back days, even tho i try sooo many things. ANy1 got a good routine bout (3-4 things) i could do on back days that will give maximum impact?

    What do you do? It is probably fine, the burn is of no relevance to the effectiveness of your workout and is of no significance to progress

    If you cant do chins then do pull downs

    DL, Rows, Pull downs, finish with shrugs.

    Basically my back day..
    Deadlifts mostly hammer the hams for me, but my back does get hit as well. But i mostly do sldl.//
