Back on the Grind Stone

Alright Guys need a bit of help/advice.
I've been away form the gym for the last 14 months due to personal circumstances ( Read my thread in the Welcome section) 
Now i'm getting back into the swing of things. Reactivated my account on here to progress and educate myself.
Looking for a good quality Mass Building routine.  that i can run alongside a good solid diet in order to bulk over these winter months. 
Any advice would be much appreciated

    Check out Stronglifts or Starting Strength - both solid programmes & a good place to start out.
