Back to the gym!

I've just got back into going to the gym again and would like some advice on my routine if possible! I've decided to go for 3 days a week and do 8 reps per exercise, going heavier after each set per excersise. I'm worried i'm doing too much on Mondays but can only get to the gym 3 times a week! Should I do more excersises for Tri's and Bi's or difirant ones? Any help would be much appriated!

Monday (Shoulders and Legs)
Seated dumbbell press 4x8
Lateral Raises4x8
Upright Rows 4x8
Shrugs 2x8 (should I keep the shrugs or get rid of em?)
Squats 4x8
Leg Extensions 4x8
Calf Raises 4x8
seated calf raises 4x8

Wednesday Back & Bis
Cable Rows 4x8
Wide Grip lat Pull Downs 4x8
Straight Arm Pull Downs 4x8
Dumbell Curls Simultaneous 4x8
Hammer Curls 4x8

Friday Chest & Tri's
Flat Barbell Bench Press 4x8
Incline Dumbell Press 4x8
Flys 4x8
Skull Crushers (with curling bar) 4x8
Kick backs 4x8

    No question i'd overtrain on that routine, are you chemically assisted?

    No chemicals, i've been out of the gym for about 3 months so I want to train naturaly atleast until about May time! Am I over training on all 3 days then? What shoud I add or cut out! I've been told i'm not doing enough lol!
