Hit your pecs from all angle's especially decline press as this hits most pec fibers and best overall mass builder. You might want to run and anti estrogen from the start if you plan on using AAS so not to add any thing to the pec area in way off gyno and make thing worse.
If you gained well on Sust the first time then stick with it this time or add in with your Deca. You might want to train hard for a few months at least before touching the AAS to get you body and ligaments used to the stress. You waited 7 years so a few months (6) wont hurt mate.
