Back to the gym

Hey guys...this my first thread as I've never used this forum before but I'm very glad that this kind of website is available to share advice. I have a few question that I would like help and advice with. To start it off, I'm now 26 y.o. I started bodybuilding at a young age and by the time I turned 18 I was weighing 185lbs! I took some cycle of deca/sustanon and deca/enatat back in the days. Unfortunately when I was 19 I got into a severe motor vehicle accident and I was badly injured. Since then, I lost 50lbs and I was 135lbs at one point. I'm trying to get back into the gym now, 7 years later. Over the past 7 years I have noticed that my pecs have become very droopy and of course the extra skin on my arms was showing more and more. This is my 5th week back into the gym, and I'm already seeing results. I started a deca/enatat cycle last week. Now the questions that I would like help with are the following: How real is muscle memory and how fast should I expect to see results, especially after my supplements kick in?
Will my pecs become bulky again and do you guys advise me to do incline bench press in order to build my upper pecs muscle to lift them back up?

All help and advice is deeply appreciated. Cheers.

Hit your pecs from all angle's especially decline press as this hits most pec fibers and best overall mass builder.  You might want to run and anti estrogen from the start if you plan on using AAS so not to add any thing to the pec area in way off gyno and make thing worse.
If you gained well on Sust the first time then stick with it this time or add in with your Deca. You might want to train hard for a few months at least before touching the AAS to get you body and ligaments used to the stress. You waited 7 years so a few months (6) wont hurt mate.

Thank you very much for your tips Trapman. I will definitely start an anti-estrogen supplements asap as I do feel that my pecs area is becoming more sensitive. Thank you again.
