Back to training would appreciate help.

Hi, I have not trained properly at all since october last year, not due to injury just work and life in general getting in the way.  I've done some complexes and other stuff to try and tide me over, but now I have the time and the inclination to get into training seriously again.  I was thinking of just doing this periodised routine for 8 weeks and see how the gains go.
Day1.  Squat 5x5   Row 5x5   Press 5x5 
Day2. Dead 5x5   Bench 5x5   Weighted pull-ups 5x5
Day3. Squat 5x5 Weighted dips 5x5   Curls 5x5
Load these up by weekly adding weight up to week 5 when the weight remains the same but the reps go down to 3x3, then weeks 6-8 stay at 3x3 but add weight.  Do this routine sound practical? Am i including too many exercises? Thanks alot for any help.

    Looks solid to me, would personally swap the curls for something more complex, or is fine to keep the curls and add another compound move in such as clean and press
