Back/Bi/Shoulders

hi guys

not had alot of time these days for gym.

so got free time tonight to go. Can you do back/bi/shoulders all in one session? just asking as already done chest at begginginf of week and these are what ive got left

so is this ok and could it be

Widegrip pull ups
bent over 1 arm db rows
clsoe grip chin ups
bb curls
shoulder press
behind neck press
lat raise
shrugs

???

    You can do them all on the same day, but I'd say your exercises have FAR too much volume. That's why it takes so long.

    Try

    deads
    db / bb rows
    military / seated db press
    bb / db / preacher curls

    You could throw in wg pull ups/pull downs after mil press

    This is still quite a bit, but would be more than enough

    All exercses 3x6

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
