So, new years resolution was to finally get back training properly and have some semblance of a structured diet again. Trained today for the first time since god knows when, also had the gf take some pics for comparison .Think I'll update the pics every month. So, a little about me I guess
I trained more or less without fail from about 18 to 21ish, from 21 on I started to lose a bit of interest, still trained but only when I could be arsed! Diet started to slack off a bit and before I knew it, I'd jacked in training altogether at 23ish, and was going to the pub about 4 times a week and eating whatever I fancied!!
So at probably my best "shape" I weighed 75kg at 1.75m (5 foot 8 and a half but shhhh!) had 15" arms, 42" chest and 30" waist. Deadlift PB was 205kg, Bench 105kg (I know, I know...), and squat 140kg. I did a few PL meets (mostly deadlift only), my best lift I'd probably class as a 190kg deadlift at 67.5kg bodyweight. Immediate goals are to nail a consistant training and diet plan, once I manage to adhere to that, the next step is to get back to my previous best in terms of lifts and physique, from that stage on...we'll see how I do. Current stats are;
Weight; 12 stone 5 (78.5kg)

Fin. Light on volume, but in all honesty its the 4th time I've trained in the last 4 years, and my back and hamstrings were cramping like mad! Fairly happy for a first session back. Legs on wednesday.
