Back,traps

really need to work on them,especially my traps.

Whats the best exercises please guys? im fed up of being at the gym and wondering what i can do on them.

i know about deadlifting,and thats about it.

    if you want to work back and traps together try snatch pulls (deadlift and shrug with wide grip)
    wide pull ups rows shrugs

    For traps you should be doing a combination of barbell shrugs and dumbbell shrugs. Both will build your traps nicely.

    I haven't done any direct traps work for years.
    Heavy bent over rowing works for me.

    Hehe. Looks like a lot of different opinions
    That should clear it up

    i havent done any direct trap work for the past 4/5 months and my traps have grown more than they had before. before i ended up overtraining them and they didnt respond. all i do is a 5X5, deads, sldl and all that

    i find deads are enough, don't bother with shrugs these days.
