Bad form when strength training ....

as of late, ive been trying to bump the weight up on the bar whenever possible, usually every session, but now ive realised its gotten too heavy of most exercises, and my form is gettiin pretty **** lol.  Bad rhythem, posture, gettin sore joints etc.
im going to lower the weights and do perfect form.  but how do i know when to up the weight ??

    When you feel the exercise is gettinf to easy with perfect form.

    When you can add another 2-3 reps in goo form then you can up the weight, you have to be patient every couple of weeks if need be, if the weights are not going up after 2-3 weeks time to change routine/excercise......
