Baggy skin !

Hoping for some good advice.

My Mum has lost quite a bit of weight the last couple of years.. - but her skin is a little loose, if you know what I mean, and she would like to tighten it up.

What would you recommend?

She still has a little weight to loose... - so would you say to just carry on as she is (she's been going to the gym three times a week doing cardio).

Or maybe start doing a bit of weight training?

Comments would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

loose skin is a bit tricky to get rid of, but I'd definitely suggest doing weight training. Even if the skin is still sligthly loose she will still get an overall better appearance if the muscles underneath are toned.

If she still has a bit of weight to lose, weight training will help her with this too by increasing her metabolism. Apparently a friend of mine told me there are some skin firming creams available, but I'm sceptical.
