Banned from using aas. What now for my hobby?

This isn't about if you can get a decent physique without steroids, I think Ive had enough of that debate. But I've been banned from ever using gear again. This causes a problem for my bodybuilding. I can't use ph or peptides either. Am I likely to ever make any more progress? Or maintain what ive built?

I'm a moderate ex user done around 6 cycles on 10 years of training.

Been off a year now and although I still train religiously hard and eat decent, I look like sh1t now. 220lb with 20% measured bf.

Any ideas or suggestions of where or what I could do with training now. I don't wanna give up training keeps me sane and gives me lots of benefits. But I'm subscribed to the fact that without juice you can never be a monster.

I see. Then no you cannot become a monster without it. You can always try to improve your physique. I dont know your age but its only gonna get harder as you get older. To get leaner as you get older means your diet will have to be much better than decent. Depends what your expectations are ?

Why would they test you for steroids? Just being nosy, I used to get tested but not for steroids.
Didn't know they could ban you for using something that isn't illegal to use unless your an athlete

You've come onto a forum to make the claim you've been banned from using steroids but cannot go into details? Very odd.

However you can still make progress, you're just going to need to put the hard work in, it's that simple really.

And no bodybuilder needs to be at 20% bodyfat so perhaps you need to get your dieting sorted first.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Yeah I agree my diet needs sorting again. I've had to up the calories to keep the size but it's not as easy to keep the fat off without gesr.

And in relation to not being able to discuss the details, as odd as it may seem to you please respect that I can't discuss it over the Internet.

To the person who said they can't ban you from something that isn't illegal, well it's not that simple. You could still be breaching any company policy in relation to misuse of substances. You could for example be given a final warning for drinking too much out of work if it's affecting your performance at work. Or any other prescription medicine. Fact is I was using prescription medicines (aas) for a use they arnt prescribed for and they have told me they won't tolerate another positive test.

That being said I ised to work as a drug tester in a range of industries and let me tell you testing for gesr is not expensive and it's not uncommon. Don't be fooled by bro science.

They tested me as it's pretty obvious looking at me and they knew something was up.

Urine tests? Just stick with testosterone, they can only bust you for it if you're way off range and they can only tell with a blood test. Also they can't really bust you for peptides unless you're a moron (like pinning right before the test), most only last a few hours in your body.

I'm not sure what business it is of your employer's to be honest. Are you in the US? Because it would sure make more sense if you were.

Anyways without gear you'll just have to accept you'll never be that big. You could resort to stuff like SARMs, or SERMS/AIs for test boosting, but it'll never be like the real deal.

Well if can't take gear just focus on what you can do, shifting the fat. But it'll mean coming down in size. But you can still look good.

I'd tell them to bugger off, it's hardly effecting your work being on aas.
Unless it's in your contract specifically about steroids there ain't much they can do.

If you are in the UK it's perfectly legal to own and use aas, it's slightly different going into to work in drink than going in with a bit more body mass and less body fat.

In the US they just claim you're using illegal drugs. Hell in the US they can pretty much fire you at any time just because they don't like you, which coupled with their hatred of steroids and general habit of butting into other people's personal business thinking they know best, means I could definitely see this happening there.

In the UK there's no legal grounds to fire someone for using steroids in their personal time. If my boss threatened to fire me if I didn't stop using steroids, I'd first tell him to mind his own business, and then that if that was really his will then he should start preparing my settlement or I'd see him in court.
