Barbell Complexes

Hi, i currently do a 3 day a week full body routine followed by 15 mins ss cardio. Recently been reading up on oomplexes which look pretty good. Just not sure when to do them, at the end of my workout or on my rest day.
My full body routine is 3-4 sets of 8-10 hitting a compound exercise for each big muscle group eg Front squat, Flat BB Press, Pull Ups/Chin Ups, Db Shoulder Press, and then 2 isolation exercises but may only do 2 sets Calves And Abs.
Just wondered if anyone  has experience with them?

I've only recently got into complexes but I'm enjoying them. I treat them as another form of cardio so if you can do them on rest days that'll probably be better, just in terms of spreading the calorie expenditure about, but I don't think it's the end of the world if you do them after your workout. That's what I do anyway.

Weapon of choice for me is the Evil 8 Complex. 6 reps of deadlift, SLDL, bent row, power clean, front squat, push press, back squat and good mornings. 90 seconds rest and then 5 reps of each. 90 seconds rest and then 4 reps… 3, 2, 1. As long as I'm thinking about quitting halfway through the 5 rep set then I know I've got the weight right :)

Cheers for the reply. Do u do full body workouts or a split? Just worried about recovery doing it on non training days, but like the fact its short and intense means i can do it after work and get out within 20minutes.
