I had cross trainer before that and then i used to go out cycling and then used to fast past walk, nothing gets me sweating more than 45-50mins of gentle spinning in the morning, and with TV, DVD and fan setup in the garage im plane sailing the cardio, its the diet thats the hard bit LOL
