Is best to avoid this if on a cut/diet (attempting to lose weight)??

As far as I remember they are very high in protein but I am a but hazy about their fat content

Would appreciate any help

Its very low fat but very salty so may cause a little water retention if your eating it daily.
That wont make any difference to you losing fat but it may be demoralising as you may not notice so much of a change in the mirror

I have been eating beef jerky twice a week whilst on a cut. Have been eating them as a healthier 'cheat' snack.

I have been constantly dropping my bodyfat %. If it fits with your dietry requirements I would give it a go

Ps eating it gives you one hell of a work out, lol
