Beef and other red meat

I do love a steak occasionally or braised beef with rich gravy and mashed potato, how often are you guys n girls eating red meat. It is a class 1 source of protein and iron after all.

Not about goals as such - but my goals are to have plenty of proteins in my diet and I dont like tinned tuna or salmon (fresh is lovely though), I do like beef and ham (the good stuff) though and I was going to add lean beef sandwiches (wholemeal) to my diet. Beef seems to be very rarely mentioned so thats why I asked.

Only if you're a good cook, have a ducati and a lamborghini danny

Z axis - you'll be ok with beef. Try to get your beef from a butcher if you can. Stick with the lean cuts and you should be fine.

There are other types of fish you can go for.. perhaps flavoured tinned mackarel? Do you like fresh sardines? You can go with other fresh or perhaps frozen fish..
Eggs are also a good source of protein, and then we have things like quark and cottage cheese...

I should have put the ducati and lamborghini in bold as those are the actual deciding factors

Well then, as an ex-butcher.. I'm sure you know which cuts are best lol... and have some friends in the business you can go to for your meat..

Several times per week, lots of beef (grass fed of course), had buffalo last night - no doubt have some pork some time as well.
