Before cardio?

Guys before going for a run or doing some cardio in the gym does anyone have a protein around an hour before?

Heard some people saying they do but not sure if this is because they are on a bulk or not? I just want to lose weight/cut so wanted to check with you guys first?

My feeling is that if I take a protein an hour before cardio along with my eph etc 30min before that I will still have a somewhat full belly

Anyone advise ??

A full protein drink mate? do you have it with skimmed milk m8?

What about when you actually go for your run, do you feel like you have a full stomach??

I am assuming the benefit of taking a protein before cardio is to minimise the loss of muscle, is that correct?

3 scoops of protein mixed with water.

    Don't feel full at all.

The reason I have the whey is I don't have enough time in the morning to eat a meal, wait for it to digest then train. So I have the whey for my brekie as it doesn't hinder my cardio. So my idea behind it isn't to hinder muscle loss although it may do.

your body will use carbs doing cardio,so stocking up on carbs is your best bet.

Cheers mate, always thought by having a protein up to an hour before cardio would leave you feeling to full to have a run or perform any kind of cardio activity
