full protein drink mate? do you have it with skimmed milk m8? What about when you actually go for your run, do you feel like you have a full stomach?? I am assuming the benefit of taking a protein before cardio is to minimise the loss of muscle, is that correct?
ORIGINAL: ftoruss Guys before going for a run or doing some cardio in the gym does anyone have a protein around an hour before? Heard some people saying they do but not sure if this is because they are on a bulk or not? I just want to lose weight/cut so wanted to check with you guys first? My feeling is that if I take a protein an hour before cardio along with my eph etc 30min before that I will still have a somewhat full belly Anyone advise ??
