Begginer

Right i have just realized i know nothing about bodybuilding. I have bought some whey 5kg i think and i dont even know what that means. I know i weigh around 9 stone and thats it. I have read through the cashmans thread and allthough it helped in some places i didn't understand most of it. I dont know what a 'rep and set' is in training and dont know what Ibs i dont know anything about the muscles and stuff or exercises like incline dumbell. i have hardly any equipment either to train with i have some dumbells and thats it is there any routines i can do without using a gym or something because i have not money to go so i cant go to a gym. I pretty much no nothing about this so if someone could fill me in then i would love you. cheers

not sure about the loving part but hey........print out cahmans routine *theirs a printable version tab at the top right* then read it, its hard to take in all that info when reading from a screen so thats why maybe you havent fully grasped it yet. Underneath Cashmans thread is the Jargon one read through this to understand some of the "lingo" used on this site.

I think u should go to articles at the top of the screen,
    mainly nutrition and training

    take a few days out,
read which ones u need and gain some good info
