I'm fairly new to lifting myself. But, from what i've picked up on here, your doing way too much. Less is more. You need time to recover and 5 days a week doesn't give your body time to recover. This workout was suggested to me.
Flat bench OR weighted dips [dips are better for mass]
close grip bench
weighted situps, [feet pinned]
wide grip chins/ palms away
close grip chins/ palms to
stiff leg deadlift
farmers walk, up stairs if possible
hanging leg raise
I've just started this doing 5 x 5 sets.
