Beginner Bodybuilder

I started going the gym properly 4/5months ago. I am 19 years old and currently weight 9stone 8pound(i previously was 9stone 1pound when i started the gym about 4/5 months ago) I have been using weight gain and protein milkshakes to put the weight on. I find it very difficult to put weight on. below is my current work out routine, I go the gym 5 days a week mon-fri for an hour each day, this is due to me going on my lunch hour from work. If I went the gym after work I'd end up being there all night due to how packed it is.

3 set of 8 reps

Monday - Chest
Lie down chest press machine
Flat bench
inlcine bench
decline bench
peck deck
incline peck deck
chest press machine(sit down)

Tuesday - Back
Lat pull down
Barbell bent over row
Pull over
Machine Row
Dead lifts

Wednesday - Shoulders
Dumbbell press
Barbell front press
Machine row
Dumbbell press circle
Barbell shrugs/front raises (cable machine)
Butterflys

Thursday - Biceps & Stomach
Dumbbell curls seated (one arm at a time)
Dumbbell curls standing (one arm at a time)
Pyramids

Friday - Triceps & Legs
Dips with free weights rested on upper legs
Skullcrusher straight bar
V-Rope
Leg extension
Calf raise
Lying hamstrings
Leg press

Can anyone pls tell me what I should take out or add to my programme.

I'm fairly new to lifting myself. But, from what i've picked up on here, your doing way too much. Less is more. You need time to recover and 5 days a week doesn't give your body time to recover. This workout was suggested to me.
    Day1.
Flat bench OR weighted dips [dips are better for mass]
    military press
    close grip bench
    weighted situps, [feet pinned]

    Day2.
    deadlift
    wide grip chins/ palms away
    close grip chins/ palms to
    side bends

    Day3.
    squats
    stiff leg deadlift
farmers walk, up stairs if possible
    hanging leg raise

    I've just started this doing 5 x 5 sets.

thanks for the replies, i always thought that doing 8 exercises per muscle group is beneficial. Since doing 8 exercises per muscle group i've noticed a considerable change in body shape. should i keep doing wot i'm doing or should i do a routine similar to BELLYSHERE
