RE: Beginner Routine
Deadlifts, squats,military press, barbell curls, bench press.
Just do these five in a all in 1 routine every 2-3 days.
Start with 1 set of each and after a few weeks go to 2 sets while progressing the weights every chance you get.
There is only a need to do 1 20 rep squat as this will fry the legs.
