Beginner has a question!

Hello everyone, Im very new to the bodybuilding world I hardly know anything, my name is Marcus im 18 years old, 6'1 168LBS and going to start to go to the gym for the first time tomorrow.
When I was taking pictures of my body for the before I noticed something about my back structure, Why is my back not straight? My waist is noticeabliy smaller than my upper back and then it gets wider suddenly. Its like a inverterd triangle I think, is this bad structure, do I have to train differently to balance this out and is it bad ? Thank you.

Dude that's perfectly normal, in fact a small waste and wider back is what people want as it gives a greater illusion of size.

Some guys with wide hips would kill for a tighter waste to back ratio.

Welcome aboard this crazy ride. Now read everything on here and you can't go too far wrong.

Entirely up to you. If you don't feel happy carrying any excess fat then cut. If it's not bothering you too much then don't.
