I've just bought some weights and I'm want to be up and ready to lift as soon as they arrive.
At first I was thinking about following the Men Health Home Grown Muscle from Stage 2 onwards Link
but then I heard quite a lot of good things about Bill Starr's Mass programme. Which routine do you think would be best suited for gaining some lean muscle?
