Beginner's routine

Let me know what you think of this.

Day1 chest and triceps

Day2 back and biceps

Day3 legs and shoulders

3-4 exercises on each with 3 sets of 10-12 reps

suggestions on expercises would be greatly appreciated

would be thinking of doing some ab work every session as core strengthening, along with cardio every session mostly xtrainer on cross country, bike on aerobic and some rowing work, and a 4th day of just cardio
