Bench v close grip bench

Which exercise is best for tricep size?

Sorry if this question sounds dumb, but I know the CG Bench would hit the tri's more but the Bench I can handle more weight, about 20% more.

Thanks

you need to remember as well with bench press your not just using you triceps, as above dips. skulls, close grip bench are the best IMO for tri's

    1RM Dead 205kgs
    1RM Bench 130kgs
    1RM Smith Flat Bench 150kgs
    1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.

trying doing a superset with skull crushers, then close grip bench with the same EZ bar, both till failure. + you could always make it a tri-set out of it and curl the bar for your biceps too.

I think i'm gonna get my diet correct, stick to the bench and Press as my tri builders, as I train at home and have no dipping equipment and (try) build up to 275lbs x 5 in the bench and 175lbs x 5 in the press then hopfully id have decent tri's.

    Thanks for all you're advice!

    Yeh.

CG bench press, skullcrushers and dips, excellent tricep exercises.
